Cakery Terms & Conditions

1) Platform Role. Cakery connects Buyers with independent Bakers. Cakery does not make, sell, insure, deliver, or control any baked goods and is not responsible for quality, safety, legality, or timely delivery. Disputes about baked goods are strictly between Buyer and Baker.

2) Baker Standards. Cakery may review, suspend, or remove Bakers for repeated non-response, missed orders, service issues, policy violations, or other conduct Cakery deems harmful to trust/safety.

3) Subscription. Some features require a monthly subscription billed on a recurring basis via our payment processor. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4) Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cakery isn't liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform or interactions with other users.

5) Disputes. Disputes are between Buyers and Bakers. Cakery may (but is not obligated to) assist.

6) Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
